At Tavilu, we offer a 30-day return window with free returns and full refunds. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not charge return shipping or restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method, without return shipping or restocking deductions. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
