Returns and Refunds
We offer free returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery for all bedding items purchased from TAVILU.
We cover return shipping costs and do not charge restocking fees or refund processing fees. Our team will provide return instructions and arrange a prepaid return label or another prepaid return method.
Once your return has been received and processed, we will issue a full refund for the returned items to your original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your bedding arrives damaged, is defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, although changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after processing or dispatch.
If your order cannot be canceled, you may use our 30-day free return and refund policy after delivery.
